Elçin Afacan Biography
Elçin Afacan was born on January 25, 1991, in Istanbul (Turkey), from an early age she showed a penchant for acting. Elçin Afacan after completing her studies at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory experienced the thrill of the camera for the first time with her performance in the Görevimiz Komedi competition show, which aired on Fox in 2016. After the competition, she experimented with her first television series playing the character Gülçin in the İçerde series, which aired on Show TV in the same year.
In 2017 she played the role of a student sitting in the queue in the series Deli Gönül, which aired on Fox. From 2017 to 2020 she played the role of Ceren in the Kadin series. In 2019 she played the role of Öğrenci in the Deli Gönül series. Subsequently, she began to achieve great success in the series Bir Aile Hikayesi with the character of Beste Güneş. In 2020 and 2021 she played the character of Melek “Melo” Yücel in the series Love Is in the Air (Sen Çal Kapımı), which aired on Fox.
In 2021 she played the role of an office worker in the film Dört Duvar directed by Bahman Ghobad. In 2022 she played the role of Gamze in the film directed by Yardımcı Karakter Benden Ne Olur, which was her first film experience. In addition to acting, she continues to take part in theatrical stages. Also in 2022, you starred in the Civan Mert series. In the same year, she starred in the series Senden Daha Güzel (in the role of Sena) and Seni Kalbime Sakladim (in the role of Reyhan Korkmaz).
