Sera Kutlubey (born on 19 April 1994) is a Turkish actress known for her role as Cemre Yilmaz in the Turkish television series Zalim İstanbul, which brought her great recognition.

Sera Kutlubey Biography
Sera was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1997. Since she was little she was attracted to acting, so she studied Theater at the University of Haliç and acting and diction at the Baskent Academy of Communication Sciences. She had her first acting experience with the series Kehribar in 2016, she continued her television career where she played Hasret in the television series Babam ve Ailesi and Seher in the television series İsimsizler. In 2019 she rose to fame with the character Cemre Yilmaz in the television series Zalim İstanbul for which she received high praise.
