Deniz Yıldızı (English Title: Starfish) is a Turkish television series in the genre of family, drama, youth, and comedy, produced by Focus Film and broadcast between 2009 and 2015. It started to be broadcast on FOX TV on August 24, 2009, the first 5 seasons of the daily series were broadcast on FOX, the 6th season started to be broadcast on Star TV as of September 01, 2014, and the 7th season on Show TV as of September 07, 2015. It was learned that the reason for the ending of the series was the ratings. Starfish ended with the finale in the 1287th episode, which was broadcast on October 16, 2015.
The shooting of the series is done in Ankara and the actors are graduates of the conservatory.
Deniz Yıldızı Synopsis
Deniz comes to Ankara to study at a university in Anatolia. Deniz is settled next to her father, but she knows her father as a relative of her mother.
