It is about the lives of Cahit Zarifoğlu, Mehmet Akif İnan, Erdem Bayazıt, Rasim Özdenören, Ali Kutlay, Nuri Pakdil and Alâeddin Özdenören, who have important places in Turkish literature. The series also tells about the “right-left” conflict of the 1970s, the Maraş Massacre, and the way the country went step by step to the September 12 Coup, through the eyes of seven beautiful men, one left-wing and one right-wing youth.
