Yeşim Alıç (born 31 December 1971, Istanbul) is a Turkish theater actress and trainer. She completed her high school education at Istanbul Girls’ High School, which was later called Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School, in 1988.

Yeşim Alıç Biography

Yeşim Alıç was born in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory Theater Department in 1992, which she entered the same year. She studied dance theater at Laban Movement and Dance Center (London), Alvin Alley Dance Company (New York), and Feldenkrais International Training Program Wien 4 (Vienna). Amadeus, Medea, Arabayı Kullanmayı Nasıl Öğrendim. She worked as a choreographer in Bir Şehnaz Oyun and Istanbul University State Conservatory Theater Main Art Projects.

Between 1998 and 2004, she taught Movement and Dance Techniques at Yeditepe University Theater Department. Since 1998, she has been working as a Movement and Dance instructor at Istanbul University State Conservatory Theater Department. She has a master’s degree from the same university. She also served as a member of the Afife Jale Theater Awards Voting Board for a while. She gave training to Feldenkrais workshops (various companies and professional groups) and Movement – Breath and Body Meeting – Correct Posture and Healthy Body lessons in Dialog Lecture Communication.
