He talked about the role of his brother İsmail Şaşmaz, who is an actor like him, in the movie about Barış Akarsu’s life and his resemblance in the photos.
“I am proud of my brother. When we first looked at the photo, we compared my brother to Barış Akarsu. He worked hard and sang the music in the movie himself. I’m looking forward to it.” he said.
