Dağhan Külegeç (born 18 October 1978, Istanbul) is a Turkish TV series actor and assistant director. Külegeç is both the founder and owner of Erbulak Acting and Writing House. He is also the manager of Dağhan Külegeç Publications.

Dağhan Külegeç Biography

He was born on October 18, 1978, in Istanbul. He is the grandson of the famous theater artist Altan Erbulak. His mother is an actress and writer Ayşe Erbulak, and his father is calligrapher Rıza Külegeç. He is a graduate of the Istanbul University Faculty of Literature. In 1998, he appeared in front of the camera as an actor for the first time by taking a role in the TV series Baba Bana Reyting Al. He acted for the first time in a commercial for McDonald’s directed by Ali Tarhan.

Dağhan Külegeç took part in 27 episodes of this series, which lasted 29 episodes. After the end of this series, Külegeç met with his fans on the same channel between 2005-2006 with the character of Jilet Metin in the TV series Hırsız Polis.

The production that brought Dağhan Külegeç to his real popularity was the TV series Kavak Yelleri, which started to be broadcast in 2007 and starred for the first time. He played the character of Efe Kaygısız in the series. Külegeç, who left the cast after a car accident scene at the end of 2009, decided to return to the series in 2010-2011, upon the intense request of his fans. This series came to an end with its 170th episode, which was broadcast on August 30, 2011.

He started the Survivor Ünlüler – Gönüllüler competition held in Panama in 2013, prepared and presented by Acun Ilıcalı and broadcast on Star TV, in the ‘Ünlüler’ team and switched to the ‘Gönüllüler’ team in accordance with the game rules. He stayed for 12 weeks in this competition held in Külegeç, Panama. In September 2013, he started the Fatih series, which has the largest budget in the history of Turkish television and tells the life of Fatih Sultan Mehmet.

Dağhan Külegeç did not take part in the first episode due to the scenario, he was included in the series in the second episode. This series ended in the 5th episode and said goodbye to the screens. Between 2014-2015, he played the character of Mete Uyar in the TV series Kiraz Mevsimi, which was broadcast on FOX. Kiraz Mevsimi made its finale with its 59th episode, which was broadcast on November 28, 2015.

He played the character of Kağan Bozok in the comedy series Yeni Gelin, which started to be broadcast on Show TV in March 2017. Yeni Gelin made the final with its 63rd episode published on November 24, 2018. In October 2020, he transferred to the comedy program called Güldür Güldür Show, which was broadcast on Show TV and prepared by BKM. He left the program he attended in the 241st episode, in the 255th episode.

In December 2021, he published his story, Salgın Diaries, in Salgın İstanbul Anthology, a collective book published by Dark İstanbul Publications. He played the character of Ercan Korkut in the TV series Dokuz Oğuz, which started broadcasting on FOX in January 2023.
